Wellbeing
Our editorial approach
Wellbeing aims to make everyday wellbeing understandable, practical and welcoming. These standards guide the content we develop.
Useful and realistic
We favour clear language, useful context and achievable ideas. We avoid sensational claims, guaranteed outcomes and one-size-fits-all health advice.
Sources and authorship
Health-related claims should be supported by trustworthy sources, such as public health organisations, recognised medical institutions and relevant research. Authors should be accurately identified. A medical-review credit must only appear when a qualified person has actually reviewed that article.
Editorial transparency
Sponsored content and affiliate relationships should be clearly identified wherever they appear. Illustrative AI-generated images must not be presented as evidence, expert portraits or real testimonials.
Accuracy and corrections
We welcome reports of factual errors. Email info@hazcom.co.za with the article link and details. Substantive corrections should be made clearly, with an update note where appropriate.
Educational information
Our articles do not replace personalised advice from a qualified health professional.
